Why a sports body?

A Unified Voice for the Sector

For too long, the immense potential of South Africa's sports economy has been held back by a lack of coordination. Inspired by the success of ecosystem-builders like SiMODiSA in the tech sector, the SA Sports Industry Body was formed to provide a single, powerful platform for dialogue, strategy, and deal-making.We bring together government, federations, commercial partners, and funders to speak with one voice.Our goal is to create a stable, professional, and attractive environment for investment, ensuring that sports becomes a key pillar of national economic growth and social development.
